Welcome to Zamiigo! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Zamiigo website and services. By accessing or using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We advise that you carefully read these Terms before you proceed to use the website.
1. About Us
Zamiigo is a Canadian-based online grocery retail platform that allows customers to browse, purchase, and receive delivery of grocery and household items. We operate locally and provide both delivery and local pickup options.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 12 years old to use Zamiigo. If you are under the age of majority in your province or territory, you confirm that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account Registration
- You may need to register an account to shop or track orders.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account.
4. Orders and Payments
- All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes and subsidies
- We accept major debit/credit cards and Interac E transfers
- Orders are only confirmed after payment is successfully processed.
- Zamiigo reserves the right to limit quantities or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Delivery and Pickup
- Zamiigo is fully responsible for the shipment and delivery of all orders at applicable shipping charges
- Delivery is available in Nakina. Estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout.
- If you’re not available at the delivery address, we may leave the package at a safe location or reschedule depending on your instructions.
- We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for entering correct address and contact details.
- Pickup is available at the Webequie Airport. You’ll receive notification once your order is ready for pickup.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Perishable items (e.g. fresh produce, dairy, frozen foods) cannot be returned unless they are spoiled, incorrect, or damaged on delivery.
- You must report any issues with perishables within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
- Non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days, if unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- To request a return or refund, contact us with your order number and issue details. Photo evidence may be required.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Zamiigo website—including logos, product images, descriptions, graphics, and text—is the property of Zamiigo and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our written permission.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Zamiigo:
- For any unlawful or harmful activity
- To misrepresent yourself or your identity
- To violate the rights of others or any applicable laws
- To upload or transmit malicious code or spam
- To interfere with the website’s security or operation
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Zamiigo does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or accuracy of product availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zamiigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
